Weekly Rental Rates (US$)

Payment

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking. Payments can be made by cheque, Visa or MasterCard. The balance plus tax is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you book a vacation less than 60 days before arrival, the full rental fee and tax are payable at the time of booking.

Arrival

Guests will be met at the airport by our agent and escorted to the villa. Transport is not provided so it will be necessary to take a taxi or arrange for a rental car which can be collected on arrival. You will be taken to the villa and provided with a familiarity tour. A complimentary bottle of wine awaits. Linen, towels and hair dryers are supplied.

Number of persons

Rental rates are for the entire villa. The villa sleeps a maximum of 8 people. Children are welcome and there are some ideal beaches locally. The property and gardens are not suitable for toddlers and if your children are under 12 we ask that you read the information on the frequently asked questions page and request approval before booking.

Cancellations

If you cancel prior to the 60 days when full payment is due you will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit less a $150 administration fee. Any cancellation by you after the 60 days will be subject to re-letting the villa and a refund will be paid but not exceeding the amount for which we have been able to subsequently re-book the villa.

Holidays booked for the weeks that include Christmas and New Year will not be entitled to a refund at any time unless we can re-book the villa.

In the unlikely event that it is necessary for us to cancel, we will offer you alternative dates. If they are not acceptable, we will refund all monies paid. We strongly recommend Travel Insurance. A full explanation of our cancellation policy will be sent to you with the booking forms.
